Just a couple of years ago, Vacheron Constantin re-vamped and re-introduced its Overseas watch collection — geared as the perfect timepiece for the world traveler. The brand even hired renowned photographer Steve McCurry to photograph some of the most beautiful places in the world to inspire travelers. The collection quickly became popular around the world and has grown to include a host of new styles, including the recently released Overseas watches with black dials (including a reverse panda) and the Overseas Ultra-Thin Perpetual Calendar. So, recently, when Vacheron Constantin invited me to Napa with the brand to experience travel in style with the Overseas, I jumped at the opportunity,

Similar to an adventue trip the brand did in 2018 to launch Overseas in America, the brand brought us to Napa Valley to further solidify the concept of time and travel, of watches and exploration. The adventure was a luxurious mix of fine dining, incredible wine tasting, paining in the vineyards at Shadybrook Estates, horseback riding in the vineyards, and hot air ballooning – all while wearing Vacheron Constantin Overseas watches. Here, we bring you a slide show of our adventures in Napa Valley, that include dinner at Chef Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry, and a wine tour and dinner with Promontory Winery. We are saving the hot air ballooning portion of the trip for another story where we also go hands-on with the newest Metiers d’Arts collection.
