Part of the Bucherer Group – which celebrates its s 125th anniversary this year – the innovative Swiss watch brand Carl F. Bucherer has quietly been making important changes and growth moves in the past two to three years, including building its timepiece production and focusing on new movements .
The Manero Power Reserve is offered on alligator strap for $11,000
One of the fruits of this effort is the first Manero with an in-house movement. The Manero Power Reserve houses the Caliber A1011. The power reserve indicator (which displays the current state of the tension of the mainspring) displays the remaining time that the watch will continue to run before needing to be wound. The sophisticated timepiece offers power reserve indicator at 3:00, meanwhile for harmony and balance, the watch offers the day of the week at 9:00, a large big date at 11:00 and a small sub seconds at 6:00. he 33-jewel automatic movement is the peripheral, bidirectional oscillating weight that supplies the automatic gear train with power. The patented dynamic shock absorber known as “Dynamic Shock Absorption” (DSA) provides maximum efficiency and reliability.

The 42.5mm case is crafted in steel and the watch is finished with a brown alligator skin strap or steel bracelet. It is water resistant to 50 meters and retails for an incredible $11,000 on strap and $11,700 on bracelet.
