This latest creation, a combination of avant-garde materials and technical prowess, made its debut during the inaugural competition weekend of The Snow League in Aspen, Colorado, this past weekend. The Big Bang MECA-10 Aspen One is a tribute to the world of winter sports and an affirmation of Hublot’s role as the Official Watch and Timekeeper of the event.

The partnership between Hublot and Aspen Snowmass has flourished since 2019 when the collaboration began and is designed to capture the adventurous spirit of the alpine world while maintaining its signature “Art of Fusion” philosophy. The 45mm micro-blasted black ceramic case provides a bold contrast to the polished white ceramic bezel, mirroring the crisp snow and rugged terrain of Aspen’s legendary slopes.
The majestic black and white appeal of the white-strapped watch is further enhanced by the open-worked dial – showcasing black and white accents and movement parts, and the Aspen leaf logo, a homage to the mountain resort’s heritage and the region’s natural beauty, at 12:00.

Hublot Unveils Big Bang Meca-10 Aspen One Special Edition boasts the Aspen left logo at 12:00 on the dial.
The45mm watch is powered by the HUB1201 Manufacture Manual Winding caliber with an impressive 10-day power reserve. This feat is accomplished through dual parallel mainspring barrels, visible through the skeletonized dial, which allows enthusiasts to admire the intricate inner workings of the watch. The manual-winding function speaks to traditional watchmaking craftsmanship, while the contemporary design elements keep it in line with Hublot’s modern aesthetic. The manual wind movement consist of 223 components.

Hublot’s presence at The Snow League’s inaugural event was not merely symbolic—it was an integral part of the competition itself. The highest overall scorers, Yuto Totsuka and Gaon Choi, were each honored with a Classic Fusion Racing Grey timepiece, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to rewarding athletic excellence. The event’s culmination, a lively celebration at the Snow Lodge at the St. Regis Aspen, witnessed elite athletes and global celebrities, including Shaun White, who proudly sported the Big Bang MECA-10 Aspen One on his wrist.
As The Snow League aims to redefine the future of competitive winter sports, Hublot’s role as its Official Watch and Timekeeper ensures that every second of the action is measured with absolute precision. The brand’s involvement not only highlights its technical expertise but also cements its position at the crossroads of sport, innovation, and luxury. With a retail price of $27,400, the Big Bang MECA-10 Aspen One is a celebration of Aspen’s outdoor and ski spirit.
