Recently, and not for the first time, Corum Watches USA participated in the Seaglass Rose’ Experience in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where visitors and companies come together to celebrate not just rose’ wine and champagne, but also the finer things in life. The Seaglass Rose’ Experience is an immersive indulgence in all things pink – from spirits to food and more. These finer thigs include the stunning pink Corum Admiral 38 Automatic watch that was on display at the beach weekend festivities.
In fact, Corum donated one of the watches, with a stainless steel bracelet, to the auction dinner that was designed to raise funds for AutoNation’s DRV PNK initiative that has raised $35 million in support of research and raising awareness of cancer. Corum had a life-size board of the pink Admiral watch and showcased a great selection of its fine Swiss watches, including the Golden Bridge and other pieces, on the wrists of special attendees.
The Admiral 38 Automatic watches are each limited editions of just 150 pieces each worldwide: one with a pink rubber strap and the other with a titanium bracelet. The watches are powered by the CO 082 automatic movement with 42 hours of power reserve. It offers hours, minutes, date and seconds indication. The alluring dial of the watch is pink with a geometrical motif and applied indexes coated in SuperLumi-Nova for glow in the dark beauty. The dodecagonal bezel is set with 72 diamonds weighing 0.65 carats.
The titanium watches are water resistant to 100 meters and feature a transparent sapphire caseback for viewing of the movement. The sapphire crystal is coated with an anti-reflective material to avoid glare. The pink strap version retells for $6,800 and the bracelet model sells for $7,200.
