First launched in the year 2000, the Bubble watch, with domed sapphire crystal, became an immediate hit. Now, the brand has begun bringing limited edition versions of the Bubble back to the forefront — and watch lovers can’t seem to get enough of it.
The newest Bubble Skeleton High Jewelry pieces were unveiled to demonstrate the brand’s prowess not only at the technical side, but also in the gem setting side.
Three alluring alluring diamond- and gemstone-set Bubble watches with open-worked, ultra-thin movements steal the limelight: one each set with red rubies, blue sapphires and black sapphires. Each watch is meticulously set with131 brilliant-cut diamonds on the dial, another 42 on the bezel, and the added colored gemstones — more than 5 carats of stones each.
The watches are powered by the CO 055 caliber — visible beneath the specially made bubbled sapphire crystal, and each timepiece retails for more than $150,000.
