A Higher Call: Reflecting on the Good in People this Holiday Season

Honor, Strength, Doing the right thing no matter the cost. That’s the end result of the actions taken in WWII by German BF109 Pilot Franz Stigler when he, in German territory, refused to shoot down an already-wounded US B17 plane piloted by Charlie Brown. Their incredible story is written in the new book “A Higher Call: An Incredible True Story of Combat and Chivalry in the War-Torn Skies of World War” by Larry Alexander and Adam Makos.
