It has been an incredible year here at ATimelyPerspective. As a family run company, we were thrilled to have watch collectors join us with guest columns throughout the year. From Iceland to South Africa, from Geneva to New York — it has been an exciting year of adventure and learning.

We found that you were interested in brands that do the right thing, as evidenced by the popularity of our article on Chopard’s Fair-Mined Gold Tourbillon. We saw you were also interested in Hollywood thanks to your response to articles such as Hamilton’s involvement with Intersteller here, and to the interview with actor Nadir Hasan here.
Brands you loved most included the creative independents such as MB&F (with the most viewed article about them here) , Armin Strom and Arnold & Son (again, with the most viewed article here). As to the big brands, the most-read stories were about Audemars Piguet (Royal Oak), Jaeger-LeCoultre (Geophysic) , Chopard (Fair Mined Gold), Montblanc and Patek Philippe (anniversary watches).We indulged in a month of coverage about international football and dedicated several weeks to other specialty subjects, including the rise of German watch brands.
